Please see our size guide on each product page to ensure that you choose the correct size your dog. Any questions please feel free to contact us.

Please request a password reset from the account login page by clicking on the 'forgotten password' option. Once you have entered a valid account email address a password reset email will be mailed to the email address provided automatically. If you however do not receive this email, please check your spam inbox first then check filter settings on your computer as the email may have been marked as spam or moved to another email folder. If you have changed email addresses and no longer have access to the original email account you'll need to create a new account, with a new email address.

You can access your account details by clicking on the 'My Account' link found at the top of each page. From there you'll be able to change your personal information including; address, email, phone number and password by clicking on the ‘update account’. Remember to save the changes by click the update button once you’re done.

We currently support payments made via Visa, MasterCard AMEX and Paypal.

If you are consistently receiving the same error, please use our contact us page and notify us of the error. Please be descriptive and explain the fault to the best of your knowledge.

Unfortunately, you cannot directly cancel an online order. You'll need to contact our online support team and ask for assistance. These cancellations are generally via email. We will require 24 hours’ notice (excluding non-working days i.e. weekends and public holidays). Orders that are noted as delivered cannot be refunded until the order has been returned to us.

You can check the status of your order anytime by logging in to your account and clicking on the order history link. This page will allow you to view the status of any current or previous orders you have placed with us. For any queries about a particular order we ask you to use the contact us via our contact page. Please include your order number with any emails as this will allow us to respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible and help to avoid any confusion.
